Can I substitute Hyaluronic Acid for Shine Bright Serum?

Of course! Our Shine Bright contains Hyaluronic Acid in its formula.


Do the products have sunscreen?

Not all our products have sunscreen. Let it Sun and Sun Drops are Jess Beauty's sunscreens. To shield and protect your skin during the day, apply a generous amount and reapply every two hours.


What skin type are the products for?

Our products can be used on all skin types. If you have any dermatological issues, we recommend that you consult your dermatologist to make sure that it does not cause an unwanted reaction.


How do I check the shipping costs?

SPF

When should I apply my sunscreen?
It's ideal to apply it 15 minutes before sun exposure or as the last step in your skincare routine.

Can it be used by people with sensitive skin?
Yes, it was created for all skin types. However, it's always important to ask your dermatologist as every skin is different.

What does FPS/SPF mean?
SPF stands for Sun Protection Factor. SPF relates to the amount of time it takes for redness to appear on the skin compared to when no product is used. The test is conducted in a laboratory.

Can Sun Drops Sunscreen Oil be used under makeup?
Absolutely! The non-greasy finish of Sun Drops makes it an excellent makeup base, giving you a radiant complexion for flawless application.

Can I use Sun Drops if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
You can use it. However, it's always important to consult with your doctor as every skin is different.

What makes it different from other sunscreens?
Our sunscreen contains centella asiatica and aloe vera, which helps regenerate and heal the skin while protecting it from UVB and UVA rays. Its gel consistency leaves a perfect matte finish so your skin looks even and ready.

Retinol

 

Which of the two retinols should I use/What is the difference between the retinols?
Age Rewind is a gentle retinol, suitable for all skin types. On the other hand, Timeless Skin cream is more potent and designed for those with previous experience in using retinol and seeking more advanced results. Choose according to your skin type and experience; however, with either one, you can enjoy the benefits of retinol.

What percentages do the retinols have?
  • Our two retinols differ in potency: Timeless Skin has a percentage of 0.7% (our most potent formula) and Age Rewind has 0.1% (gentle retinol, perfect for beginners). When using retinol, it's very important to consider the following points:
  • Retinol is used at night and sunscreen should be applied the next day to avoid irritation and skin discoloration.
  • Start by using it twice a week and increase its use as your skin builds tolerance. You can start with Age Rewind and once you feel your skin is ready for Timeless Skin, you can make the switch.
  • We recommend applying eye cream and moisturizer (Post Workout) before applying retinol to make its use gentler. DO NOT use on damaged skin as it may cause irritation. DO NOT mix vitamin C with retinol.

What is the maximum time I can use the products after opening?

 

You can find the expiration date of every product and the time it can be used after opening on each package.

 

Can I use your serum as a replacement for my hyaluronic acid?

 

Absolutely, Shine Bright contains Hyaluronic Acid in its formula.

 

After vitamin C, can I apply hyaluronic acid or only moisturizer?

 

You can apply both after vitamin C.

 

I use tretinoin, can I use it with the serum?

 

Yes! Niacinamide and retinol (tretinoin) can be used in the same routine. However, we always advise consulting with your dermatologist for any changes to your skincare routine. (It's important to make this disclaimer because all skins are different and there are general premises, but if the person has a condition or hypersensitive skin, it's better to "recommend" consulting with the professional.
