Papaya Enzyme

Back to Beauty Bible

What is Papaya Enzyme?

Papaya enzyme is a natural exfoliant obtained from the papaya fruit. This enzyme is known for its ability to gently exfoliate, helping to remove dead skin cells and leaving it fresh and radiant.

It is found in many skincare products, such as cleansers and masks, and can be applied directly to the skin and left on for a few minutes.

Papaya is native to tropical areas, but now you can find it in many grocery stores and in beauty products that harness its benefits.

Papain is the primary enzyme in papaya; it helps exfoliate and improve the skin's texture.
