What is Eucalyptus Oil?

It is an essential oil obtained from the leaves of the eucalyptus tree (Eucalyptus globulus). Its main active ingredients are cineole (also known as eucalyptol), which is responsible for many of its therapeutic properties, as well as other components such as limonene and alpha-pinene.

Among the benefits of eucalyptus oil are its antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and decongestant properties. It helps soothe irritated skin, combat acne, and promote a clearer and healthier complexion.

Eucalyptus oil can be found in a variety of products such as lotions, creams, soaps, and acne care products. It is used in diluted concentrations and applied topically.
