What is Camellia Oil?

Camellia oil, also known as green tea seed oil, is derived from the seeds of the Camellia plant (Camellia japonica or Camellia oleifera), which is native to East Asia, particularly Japan, China, and Korea.

It is obtained through the cold-pressing process of the Camellia plant seeds, which preserves its beneficial compounds.

This light, non-greasy oil has been used for centuries in traditional Asian beauty routines for its moisturizing and nourishing properties.

Benefits:

Moisturizing: Camellia oil is an excellent moisturizer that penetrates deeply into the skin, providing long-lasting hydration without clogging pores.

Anti-Aging: Rich in antioxidants and essential fatty acids, it helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Antioxidant: This oil forms a protective barrier on the skin, shielding it from environmental stressors and free radicals.

Skin Healing: Its anti-inflammatory and healing properties make it ideal for soothing irritated or damaged skin.

Improves Skin Elasticity: Camellia oil enhances skin elasticity, making it firmer and more resilient.
